Alex & AJ – January 14, 2023 – Tavares Pavilion on the Lake

We worked with this couple for their Neutral Tavares Pavilion Wedding to bring their vision to life. They knew they wanted to brighten up the darker space, but didn’t know how to pull their ideas together. We stepped in to help design the white, green and pop of navy color palette in a space we are very familiar with! 

This was our first wedding of 2023, and it was one to remember! With the lively guest list, large wedding party and freezing weather, it was such a memorable day. The couple chose not to do a first look prior to the ceremony, which made that walk down the aisle that much more special for them! They were able to get some fun shots with their 10 closest friends before guests arrived, and their family and married portraits after the ceremony while the sun was setting. 

As guests arrived, they wanted to rush inside because the Florida winter weather was harsh (even for these northerners!). The space was dressed with tall arrangements on the stairs and at the back of the aisle, with light floral accents on the venue’s dark chairs. The ceremony was performed by a close family friend, with their best friends surrounding them on the staircase. 

After the ceremony, guests braved the outdoor setting for cocktail hour, while we were clearing the ceremony space to be a part of the reception. This would be the party portion of this Neutral Tavares Pavilion Wedding, so minimal set up was needed! The upstairs was the dinner portion, packed with guest tables for this group. Tables had white linens and navy napkins, with tall white and green centerpieces. Our favorite part of this venue is the view! It was so gorgeous as the sun was setting over the water, and added to the romantic ambience of the space. 

Their reception included a buffet dinner, heartfelt toasts and a huge FUN Party downstairs! We loved seeing this couple truly enjoy their Neutral Tavares Pavilion wedding with their large guest count in a fun atmosphere. Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day!
