Roxanna & Casey – April 15, 2023 – Bella Collina

Where do we begin for this Elegant Bella Collina Wedding?! We started working with this couple from the very beginning to bring their vision to life…and then some! Roxanna knew that she wanted the floral to be wow, and we made sure that was carried out through and through. We enjoyed working with this couple and their families for their entire wedding weekend!

The colors were more on the neutral side with whites, creams, ivory, pale pinks and a touch of sage green in there. Perfect for a springtime wedding! We were so involved in this design and the vendor team to execute it from the beginning, that on the day of the wedding we had to make the call to move the wedding inside due to possible rain at ceremony time. Their ceremony set up was extensive and started at 7am that day, so there was no room for chances. Honestly, it turned out better than we imagined since the ballroom was draped and bright & airy with lots of white. The ceremony arches were a show-stopping piece to frame this beautiful couple for their nuptials! Even though they chose to do a first look prior to the ceremony, Roxanna’s walk down the aisle was so special still, and Casey might have shed a tear or two 😉 

Guests were enjoying cocktail hour and taking photos around the property after their heartfelt ceremony was performed by a family friend. When you pulled up, the arches of this iconic venue were decorated beautifully, covered in floral, and something that has never been done before. Talk about making an impression, just in the driveway! We were busy flipping part of the reception space during cocktail hour, while the couple took a few more photos around property.

Everywhere you looked in the reception was a well thought out detail planned to perfection. From a gorgeous seating chart to greet guests, to custom menus, to impressively large centerpieces, this Elegant Bella Collina wedding spoke for itself in many ways. Once guests were let in, they were in awe of the room. The ceiling was draped, which completely transformed the space and added so much elegance! This couple said all throughout the planning that they wanted it to be beautiful and fun, and we achieved that with the look and feel the entire night. Guests enjoyed interactive stations for their meal, the couple had sparks during their first dance (under a giant floral chandelier!!), and danced the night away before their sparkler send off into a horse & carriage ride around property. How romantic!
