Ashley & Piero – April 22, 2023 – Bella Collina

This Modern Bella Collina Wedding is so special to us, as Ashley was one of our first employees. She knew that she would get married at the gorgeous Bella Collina one day, and now it was finally her time! We should preface that this couple had a civil ceremony on April 22, 2021, and this was just the big party to celebrate. The planning leading up to it took 2 years and endless hours of working out logistics and details, but it was well worth it in the end!

This couple celebrated with their loved ones all weekend long with multiple events, but we were there to focus on the actual ceremony & reception itself. They chose to do their first look and ALL family photos prior to the ceremony, which made things so much easier after their nuptials! The lawn for the vow renewal ceremony was set beautifully for their 160 guests, who listened to beautiful music from a trio while waiting for the ceremony to start. The focal point was a chandelier on a hook covered in floral, towering over the couple while they said their vows in front of everyone. They released butterflies, included their moms with readings and had a dear friend perform the ceremony. Afterwards, guests enjoyed the tons of food, beverages and signature drinks during cocktail hour, including custom monogrammed ice cubes! The best detail of this part of the day was the custom love letter seating chart. Ashley & Piero wrote each guest a love letter, like they did for each other most of their long distance relationship, to be in envelopes for guests to keep. 

While the couple took a few more photos around property during this time, we were making sure every detail (and there were lots of them!) was set in this stunning reception space for this Modern Bella Collina Wedding. A mix of long mirrored and round champagne linen tables had the perfect amount of black accents on them in the napkins, cake stands and centerpieces. Alternating heights gave dimensions to the room, and our favorite detail was the little cake place cards cakes at each (!!) guests’ seat. They had an indicator on them for meal choice and allowed guests to enjoy their own cake in lieu of serving the display cake!

Once guests were let into the reception space, they were in awe of this Modern Bella Collina Wedding. From custom signage, a phone guest book, a memorial table with loved ones’ favorite food items, pasta cart favors, pearl accented menus, custom restroom baskets, cohesive dance floor/bar graphics and everything in between, the details had really shown through for this one! After heartfelt toasts and a delicious multi-course plated meal, the real party started and boy, it did NOT disappoint! The couple had their own club vibe for this reception with DJ & Live music hybrid, cold sparks, a confetti blast, CO2 guns and an amazing playlist to go along with all of the fun. Guests enjoyed late night bites and espresso martinis (with a custom photo wafer in it) later on in the evening before the last dance.
