Orlando Fall Wedding

Allison & Chris – October 26, 2019 – Tavares Pavilion

I knew Allison back in our UCF days, so I was honored when she reached out to help with this Orlando Fall Wedding! She & Chris were planning from their new home in Connecticut, so distance added to the planning stress. We were happy to guide her and make sure every detail turned out perfectly!

We’ve said it before, but Florida’s weather is unpredictable any time of the year. This came true on their wedding day. It was tough to make the call to move the ceremony indoors, but we are glad we did! The weather was somewhat cooperative during their first look and pre ceremony photos. There was a clear umbrella handy, which makes for great photos! Guests were arriving as the winds were picking up, but there was still no rain. The downstairs portion was decorated beautifully, and no one knew the difference for this rain plan! As soon as we sent Allison down the aisle, it started downpouring outside (whew, dodged that one!). After their heartfelt ceremony, guests made their way upstairs to enjoy refreshments while photos finished up.

The space was simple, but elegant. This Orlando Fall Wedding’s colors were mainly blush and ivory, with touches of gold and greenery. It’s such a classic look that we will always love! Tables were dressed in soft ivory linens, vibrant gold chargers and blush napkins. Centerpieces were simply made of candles, greenery and some blooms. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal from the amazing team at Arthur’s Catering and some yummy treats from Sweet. Everyone enjoyed themselves all night on the dance floor, which is exactly what this couple wanted!
