Citrus Club Wedding

Emily & Joey – October 26, 2019 – Citrus Club

We loved working with this sweet couple for their intimate Citrus Club wedding celebration. They were joining their families and wanted to celebrate with their closest loved ones!

Guests arrived in downtown at this unique venue, which is on the 18th floor of the BB&T building. It’s panoramic views offer something that no other venue in this city can. Something that their guests really enjoyed!

The ceremony space was in a portion of the ballroom, elegantly decorated with luxurious draping and gorgeous florals. They decided to forgo a traditional wedding party, but had their children stand by their sides. After their heartfelt ceremony was over, guests made their way into the lounge for cocktail hour. The couple took photos as a new family before making their way into the lobby for a romantic portrait session. The inside of the building has artwork and backdrops that are perfect for a fun couple like this!

The ballroom was vibrant with fall elements. The tables were dressed in champagne colored linens with mahogany chiavari chairs to accent it. Tall centerpieces with rustic and floral accents made this decor pop. Add some romance with candles and uplighting, and this room was stunning! A perk of this space was that the sun was going down as dinner was starting, which only added to the romance in this Citrus Club setting. Our favorite moment was that the couple chose to sit at a regular round guest table with their family. It truly embodied how much this couple cherished the people around them! After dinner, a delicious cake was served and the dance floor was packed until the end of the evening.
