Maria & Scott – July 19, 2019 – Four Seasons Orlando
We helped this couple plan their Glamorous Four Seasons Wedding from the beginning while they were living overseas. They knew they wanted it to be modern, glamorous and white! We took that and helped them bring their vision to life.
Being from Orlando, the couple chose to get married at the beautiful St. James Catholic Church in the middle of Downtown. Maria wore a custom, yet simple and classic wedding gown for the ceremony. It looked gorgeous next to the bridesmaids wearing a really soft grey color. After the mass was finished, guests had a bit of leisure time before needing to head to the hotel for the reception. This gave the couple plenty of time to take photos, freshen up and get to relax with their wedding party. Maria even planned to change into her reception dress, which was a stunning custom gown that fit her like a glove! (Fun Fact: the invitations used the same pattern from this dress). She chose to surprise Scottie with this dress and they even did a first look once they arrived at the hotel.
This set up had so much going into it. We were at the hotel since that morning making sure that every detail was perfect! Guests arrived on property and were directed to head downstairs to the private foyer of the reception’s ballroom. This area had cocktail tables with white linens on them. The real stunner of this space was a piece that was a group effort to create-the massive seating chart! It is truly a work of art, made of mirrors and floral all around. It was the perfect touch for this Glamorous Four Seasons Wedding!
Cocktail Hour was just the beginning, though. As guests entered the ballroom, they were greeted with an all-white look. Their tables were round, with white linens on them and stunning low or tall centerpieces made of all white flowers. Clear chivari chairs, silver beaded chargers, custom table numbers and monogrammed menus completed the tablescape. The stunner in this room was the 40 foot long head mirror table. There was also an all white floral wall behind the newlyweds and their white throne chairs to really make a statement!
Their first dance was really something special, on their white dance floor with custom monogram decal. As a surprise for guests, cold sparkler boxes went off throughout the John Legend song they chose! We definitely pulled out all the stops for this Glamorous Four Seasons Wedding. After a delicious plated meal for their guests, the cake was cut and the real fun began. We knew this would be a young, fun, party crowd that would dance all night long. They wanted to include a La Loca Hora (crazy hour) into their reception, so we had Samba performers and drummers come out as the last surprise of the night!
Maria & Scottie, a huge thank you for letting us help you plan the best day ever with you! We loved all of the details of your Glamorous Four Seasons Wedding. XO
