We love working with Orlando Wedding DJ White Rose Entertainment. They consistently provide great service to our couples and have the dance floor packed all night long! Not only do they provide DJ and MC services for your ceremony, toasts and reception, but they can also provide lighting-which can make or break your reception look! We recently caught up with their owner, Jeff, to learn more about the company for you. You won’t want to miss learning about a company that is quickly coming up on 7,000 events!
Let’s go back to the beginning with this one. Before coming to Florida, Jeff started DJing a local radio station in New York. This easily turned into DJing corporate events and then the transition was easy into weddings. He did 1,000 events up north before moving to Florida! We always ask how company names come about. It turns out, this name came from a fraternity’s formal event call ‘the White Rose Formal’. It was only fitting because it stood for a balance of elegance and fun, which is what this Orlando Wedding DJ company is based on!
You should know by now that we love working with companies that offer impeccable customer service, and when hiring White Rose Entertainment, you can expect no less. They offer couples a custom tailored experience. Something we can attest to (and love with them!) is that they always have a DJ and MC at their events. “One DJ can’t be good at everything and one person can’t stand in two places at once”, says Jeff. They also personally match their team to the couple’s needs, so we are sure one of their diverse team is perfect for you!
A lot of couples do not understand what goes into preparing for the wedding day from a DJ’s perspective. Their office staff will build your music profile with you, including 39 categories of music(!!). This takes the stress off the couple of having to do extra work on choosing their playlist. Once they have this, they also assist with creating the perfect flow of music events (which we love working with them to produce too!).
One of our favorite moments of the wedding day is the First Dance as a married couple. It’s something that everyone anticipates, and all eyes are on the couple as they share the first few minutes of their reception. We are also seeing a lot of couples opt for a private Last Dance of the evening, while guests prepare for the grand exit. “It’s a great moment between the couple to have to reflect on the day and start the rest of their lives”, says Jeff when asked a trend that he’s seeing.
Lastly, this Orlando Wedding DJ has some advice that we totally agree with. “Have conversations with your DJ for all of the details that they shouldn’t decide for you. How do you want to be introducted? How long do you want your first dance to play?” The list goes on and on, but these are some questions that you don’t want to be bothered with on the day of the wedding!
