Big City’s owner, Tom, started his career in restaurants, eventually making his way into working all kinds of events for a local theme park. He developed his love for catering groups of any size and purchased a catering company here in Orlando in 2003, morphing it into what we now know as Big City Catering. The name came from the idea to bring ‘big city’ style cuisine to The City Beautiful.
