Destination Bella Collina Wedding

Fallon & Shelton – August 6, 2021 – Bella Collina

These two and their amazing families came all the way from the Lone Star state to get married at Disney. With everything going on covid-wise, they decided to choose another venue. They hired us to help them plan and to plan quickly, still keeping their original wedding date! We knew this Destination Bella Collina wedding would be intimate, gorgeous and most importantly, FUN!

When they stepped foot onto Bella Collina’s property with us, they knew it was the place for them to celebrate with 40 of their closest family & friends. They actually decided to make it an entire wedding weekend, with spa and golf outings and a casual gathering at Siena the night before the wedding. We helped them pick all of their vendors, nail down the design and finalize logistics throughout the entire process.

This couple knew that the weather *could* be an issue, being August in Florida, and we had backup plans in place if needed. However, the weather gods were on our side for this one! They were able to do their first look and wedding party photos prior to their intimate ceremony on the lawn, and even enjoy the veranda later on in the evening! We loved the look of this Destination Bella Collina Wedding. Just because it was small, doesn’t mean it was small (isn’t everything bigger in Texas, anyways?!) Their ceremony was facing the building and had lush white floral pieces framing the front and back of the aisle, with petals covering the space in between the chairs. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour at the Reflection Pool, which was lined with romantic lanterns. This is when we also snuck the couple away for more photos and to give them a private moment before their reception room reveal.

The reception was not your typical Bella Collina ballroom wedding. With an intimate group, we didn’t want to utilize the entire ballroom. We changed the orientation of the room and draped off 1/3 of it, and no one ever knew the difference! With incorporating some purple florals to tie in the bridesmaids’ dresses, oversized white floral centerpieces and silver metallic accents, this one came out beautiful! Our favorite detail was the sweetheart table area. They had a cozy purple loveseat at an acrylic table, with gorgeous florals surrounding them, making it pop against the white draping!

After food, dancing, more food and more dancing, this party was perfect. Every single person was truly enjoying themselves and that is exactly what the couple wanted! Fallon & Shelton, a huge thank you for trusting us to bring things together for you! We loved planning this Destination Bella Collina Wedding with such a fun group. XO
