Meet Caitlin
Ever since I was a little girl, I was making place cards at holiday dinners and watching 'Father of the Bride' one too many times. I fell into this career path as I worked in different areas of the event industry throughout my time in college. In 2011, I graduated from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College with a Degree in Hospitality Management & a minor in Business Administration. My passion, commitment & experience in the industry has helped me pursue my dream of being an Orlando Wedding Planner. I have helped clients plan events with as little as 15 guests, all the way up to a vast guest list of over 400. My portfolio is constantly building, and the title of 'Celebrity Wedding Planner' is in my repertoire. Fox35 News Orlando has also featured me as a Certified Wedding Planner & venue expert on Good Day Orlando.
I have since become an active member in some of Orlando's finest educational groups, and am a Certified Wedding Planner through The Association of Bridal Consultants. I have planned & executed multiple industry events with my peers & colleagues in attendance. These experiences have made me want to pursue the very best for myself & my clients. My organizational skills, natural leadership qualities and excitement for events are the hallmarks of my work. When I'm not devoting my time to my clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two kids & two dogs, practicing yoga and catching up on my favorite shows!
Since I can't do it alone, I have taken the time to build a great team of Orlando Wedding Planners, with hospitality at the root of our expertise. My team is full of women who have calm demeanors, an eye for details and a passion for successful events.
