Beach Wedding Paradise

Wendy & Kevin – January 18, 2014 – Paradise Cove

Paradise was a bit chilly on this January day for an beach wedding ceremony & outdoor reception. But that didn’t stop the guests from warming up while on the dance floor! It was awesome to see their friends & family having such a great time, even if they were dressed in pea-coats & scarves!

It was a beautiful day with a tropical setting–perfect for a Florida Beach Wedding! The decor was simple, perfectly accenting the natural settings at Paradise Cove. You could feel the love throughout the entire celebration, as many guests had traveled from different places to witness this special moment. The couple’s son was part of the ceremony, and the officiant even read an excerpt from Dr. Seuss’s ‘Oh The Places You Will Go!’

The beach wedding ceremony site was perfectly set on the edge of Lake Bryan. With the large bridal party by their sides, the Bride & Groom said their “I-Dos” in front of 170 of their friends & family. The Groom & his guys surprised everyone by entering the ceremony from a boat! The main reception was in the romantically-lit pavilion, decorated with white fabric draped over twinkling lights all around. The black pintuck table linens added a sense of elegance, and the yellow orchid centerpieces carried in a tropical element. We loved seeing the guests fill the dance floor even before dinner was served! The night ended with a beautiful glowstick send-off down the beach, with the newlyweds whisking away by speedboat!
