Fameisha & Ronnie – August 11, 2013 – Maison & Jardin
I had the pleasure of helping the bride pull together all of the details towards the end of the planning process. Although we only had a short amount of time working with this couple, I knew that this black and pink wedding would be something special. Fameisha & Ronnie were High School Sweethearts and had finally decided to tie the knot, with their daughter, family & friends as witnesses!
It was honestly a perfect August day-with absolutely no rain for their outdoor nuptials! Reverend Knox performed a beautiful ceremony for the couple to express their love to each other on the lawn of Maison & Jardin, with the iconic fountain in the background. Guests then traveled indoors to cool off from the summer heat with some cocktails & appetizers. This venue was perfect with the elegant chandeliers and regal elements accenting the classy black and pink wedding decor throughout the unique reception space. My favorite part–placing pairs of converse sneakers underneath the sweetheart table for the newlyweds get comfortable for dancing the night away! And, of course, they were in their black and pink wedding colors!
Fameisha & Ronnie, I want to thank you for letting me be a part of your very special day. I was able to witness that true love lasts and your long-awaited special day proved that! I wish you both and Nemya all the best in your married life together! Keep in touch! XOXO
