Green Highland Manor Wedding

Devin & Taylor – October 29, 2021 – Highland Manor

When we first met this couple, the one thing they knew was that they wanted a Green Highland Manor Wedding. We worked with them to pull together their design and loved the deep Hunter Green color that was incorporated. They trusted us as a preferred planner at their venue and valued our expertise throughout the year of planning!

The couple chose not to do a first look before the ceremony, but when they arrived on site and the reality of the day set in, they were so nervous. We knew that them at least hearing each other or holding hands would calm their nerves, so we arranged for a private first touch to happen. This is exactly what they needed and then they were just ready to be married!

The entire week of their wedding, the weather looked perfect. But, on the day of the wedding, Mother Nature wanted to test our stress levels a bit by creating some ominous clouds and sprinkles here and there. Not to worry-we were still able to have their Green Highland Manor wedding ceremony outside, as the sky cleared just before the ceremony started! The iconic oak tree was decorated in gorgeous greens and white floral that look like it was grown into the tree, cascading up the trunk. A friend performed their short & sweet ceremony, and then it was time to party.

While pictures were being taken with the family, wedding party and couple, we were finalizing the details of the reception space of this Green Highland Manor wedding. They had a rented greenery wall behind their sweetheart table and gorgeous green napkins to accent the guest tables. With soft florals and gold accents, the room looked beautiful! Our favorite detail was the romantic focal point of their table, with candles and a flowy table runner.

With spark boxes for their first dance, some sweet family moments and a packed dance floor, this Green Highland Manor wedding was one to remember! Devin & Taylor, a huge thank you for letting us be. apart of your special day!
