Brooke & Scott – Beachplace Guesthouses – November 25, 2015
It was a beautiful November day for a Cocoa Beach Wedding. Brooke & Scott picked such perfect location to host their intimate ceremony & casual reception. This couple had such an eclectic vision for their wedding, and we were happy to help them carry it out.
The night before Thanksgiving isn’t your usual day for a wedding, but it was perfect for this couple, since their friends & family were coming into town for the holiday anyways. Most guests were able to stay on property, so they just walked out of their cottage-style rooms to head down towards the beach. The couple said their “I Dos” in front of 50 family members & friends, with the ocean breeze in their hair and their toes in the sand.
Cocktail Hour was held on the wooden deck area of the property, complete with cafe lighting overhead. We loved watching the newlyweds share their first dance under the stars, while their guests were circled around them. It was like watching a scene in a movie! After sharing a moonlit moment, guests made their way into the covered tent, where it was also warmer, too! Guests helped themselves to the delicious BBQ buffet and enjoyed endless amounts of desserts. They were able to choose between cupcakes or pies, which were fitting for the nearing holiday! Our favorite part of this Cocoa Beach wedding was the decor that Brooke has selected. It was simple, eclectic and relaxed. The tables were dressed with white linens, burlap & lace table runners and tons of vintage decor! Wine bottles served as the centerpiece vases, filled with wildflowers to complete the look.
This Cocoa Beach wedding was filled with live music, great food and a relaxing atmosphere for all! We loved that the couple was able to fully relax & truly enjoy celebrating their marriage and being with their guests. Brooke & Scott, THANK YOU for having us be a part of your beautiful wedding!
