Colorful Summer Wedding

Rachel & Shane – May 8, 2021 – Cypress Grove Estate House

This Colorful Summer Wedding was actually a take two due to covid, but in reality, it couldn’t have been more perfect for these two. These college sweethearts had waited a long time to tie the knot, and this one was well worth the wait!

Summer was (unofficially) already in full swing here in Florida, but it was a beautiful sunny day. We arrived to a fun group of bridesmaids enjoying the pampering while we started to tend to set up. Can we just say that we LOVE this color palette?! It’s so refreshing to see bright, beautiful colors, especially in the summer months! As guests arrived, they were able to enjoy so many fun personal details inside the house, showcasing the couple’s journey to get to this day (finally!). The gazebo was dressed in flowy sheer fabric and decorated with large floral arrangements. Rachel & Shane chose not to do a first look, so everyone was anticipating that walk down the aisle. The ceremony was performed by a longtime friend to the couple, with laughs and tears throughout.

Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour filled with fun lawn games and reunions of all kinds from this group of college friends. We were finishing up the final touches in the amphitheater for their colorful summer wedding reception. They had gorgeous French Country chairs to accent their tables with crisp white linens. The centerpieces were made up of bright florals and assorted blue vases and lanterns. The wedding party sat at the iconic ‘Bubba’ table from RW Style and the magenta-colored napkins popped against the wood perfectly. Our absolutely favorite detail was the dessert display! If you have a sweet tooth, then this is probably your favorite detail too.

After some heartfelt toasts, a delicious meal and guests devouring those sweet treats, the party got started and did not stop all night long! At the end of the night, we sent these two lovebirds off into marital bliss with a classic sparkler exit.
