Camryn & Chris – December 15, 2020 – Howey Mansion
During our first phone call with the bride and her mom, we knew that this Howey Mansion wedding would be one we would never forget! This couple was now planning their third wedding (thanks, covid), and we wanted to make sure they had the best team possible! We helped bring their vision to life for their intimate guest list.
There was a dreamy design with this one, stemming from neutrals of golds, greenery and white colors. This is the perfect color scheme for this historic venue! We brought in the perfect team to help bring this design to life, with lush florals and lots of rentals and decor. The entire guest list was coming from out of state, so they had to be wowed in every aspect!
The weather was perfect for this December day. Guests arrived by shuttle from their hotels, and were directed towards the side patio of the mansion for the ceremony. Lush floral arrangements of whites and greens lined the aisle and framed the bride & groom. Our favorite wow moment of the ceremony was Camryn & her dad arriving in a vintage car. Talk about that ‘walk’ down the aisle, and in a stunning dress too! Golden hour was the perfect setting for these nuptials and the photos the couple took afterwards.
Guests enjoyed a plethora of food inside during cocktail hour. Stations, passed appetizers, a fun bar and a champagne wall completed the space! We were making sure the backyard’s details were perfect. Tables at this Howey Mansion wedding were dressed in soft ivory linens, accented with brown chiavari chairs. Centerpieces were medium sized arrangements of greenery & white florals, with romantic candles surrounding them. The market lighting overhead added to the ambiance of the space, which resembled a candlelight dinner. A delicious plated dinner, some memorable toasts and a sweet cake summed up this meal before it was time to party!
Inside this Howey Mansion wedding was dancing and MORE food! There were dessert stations, a candy buffet, cordials in the basement, a photo bus and a live drummer to compliment the DJ. After the bride changed into a stunning sparkly reception dress, she was ready to party with this crowd all night long! We ended the night with a dual spark box and sparkler exit in front of the historic mansion.
Camryn & Chris, a huge thank you for letting us be a part of your special Howey Mansion wedding. We were happy to see your vision finally come to life in the perfect setting! XO
