Intimate Alfond Inn Wedding

Riva & Drew – February 13, 2021 – The Alfond Inn

Although we worked with this couple for only a short time, we knew that their Intimate Alfond Inn Wedding would be a great one! We worked with them to help secure the last couple of vendors that suited their vision, and pulled everything together just in time for the big day!

Once we arrived at the venue on the day of the wedding, we checked in with the Bride & Groom, and they were both calm as cucumbers! The weather was looking pretty iffy at the start of the day, but ending up clearing during set up. Their ceremony was set on the lawn, and the sun even came out to celebrate with the couple. They were surrounded by 25 of their closest family & friends, and we honestly loved this change of pace for a wedding! Cocktail hour followed on the lawn, where the couple was able to truly enjoy and mingle with every single one of their guests before taking sunset photos.

The conservatory was the perfect setting for this Intimate Alfond Inn Wedding. It was set with round guest tables, dressed in crisp white linens and accented with black chiavari chairs. There were silver and black accents in the centerpieces and table details. Our favorite detail on the table were the modern black candle holders surrounded by bud vases of white floral. Their sweetheart table was dressed in repurposed floral from the ceremony arch and we loved how the anemones fit the color scheme!

After the sun was set, guests enjoyed a delicious plated meal, heartfelt toasts, cake and a fun photobooth. The couple was able to sit back and enjoy themselves in this relaxed, very “chill” wedding reception with good food, good friends, lots of wine and great memories!
