Ali & Adrian – March 25, 2023 – Sterling Event Venue

We worked with these two from the beginning to help them create a cohesive design and carry out their vision for their Intimate Sterling Wedding. Working in a space that is used to holding 200 people can be a challenge, but we got creative to make the space fit their intimate group. 

The ladies enjoyed getting ready in the spacious bridal suite all day, while the guys arrived later in time for photos. The couple chose not to do a first look before the ceremony to keep things traditional. If you haven’t been to this venue, it is definitely one to see! The lengthy walk to the ceremony is beautifully landscaped and it built the anticipation for those ‘down the aisle’ moments. After a heartfelt ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour while the couple, family and wedding party took photos around the Tuscan-looking property! 

We were busy making sure every detail inside the reception space was perfect. We knew the ins and outs of this design, so we made sure it was brought to life perfectly with a great team. The tables were dressed in soft ivory linens with French Country Chairs, silver charger plates and the most gorgeous shade of lavender napkins. The centerpieces were kept simple with candle sticks and small floral arrangements. This intimate Sterling wedding utilized the stage for the newlyweds and their cake, but our favorite part of the design was the lounge! Having a space for guests to relax (other than their table) if they don’t want to be on the dance floor is so important, and something to consider for planning and special purposes. 

This couple had a few toasts from their family members, a sweet cake and a delicious meal before literally dancing the night away with their loved ones. They ended the night with a classic sparkler exit into their stretch limo.
