Vy & James – March 12, 2023 – Four Seasons Orlando

We worked with this couple to tie together all of the details of their neutral Four Seasons wedding, and boy were there a lot of them! We knew it would reflect their love story and cultures perfectly. 

It was a beautiful Spring day in Central Florida, and thankfully, not too warm. The girls were enjoying getting pampered while the men were anxiously awaiting photos to start. The couple chose to do a first look on the iconic staircase in the hotel lobby, and they looked like professionals! After some portrait time, they went outside with their wedding party for photos around the property. We had them tucked away before their guests started arriving and making their way to the lawn for their ceremony. 

Performed by a one of Orlando’s finest officiants, their ceremony included so many heartfelt moments, some tears and laughter. The classic circle arch with the waterfront in the background really set the space for this neutral Four Seasons wedding. Our favorite moment of the ceremony was the petal toss as the couple was coming up the aisle as husband & wife! While guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the Lady Palm Lawn and the couple took more photos around property, we were finalizing the details inside.

The Palm Ballroom was so romantic for this one! We loved all of the candlelight throughout the room with uplighting and candles on the tables. It was simple but made such an impact in the space. Guest tables were dressed in a neutral champagne linen with modern clear chairs. Gold details were the metallic accent throughout the decor, candles and seating chart. The couple wanted to focus more on the entertainment for their guests and they didn’t disappoint! An impressive lion dance performance, 360 photobooth and cold sparks rounded out the list for entertainment at this reception.
