Omni Resort Wedding

Madison & Robbie – July 10, 2021 – Omni Orlando Resort

We started working with these two well in advance, guiding them through the details of their Omni Resort Wedding the entire time! We loved that we had celebrated with them at a previous wedding and couldn’t wait to get started on their own love story.

These high school sweethearts knew exactly what they wanted for their special day. The Omni Resort was the perfect setting for their nuptials and all of their out-of-town guests coming to celebrate this long-awaited occasion! We helped build the perfect vendor team to bring their vision to life.

The day of the ceremony was a hot Florida summer day, but luckily, the rain held off for these two! The ceremony was on the Grand Salon Terrace. The trendy circular arch was dressed with soft florals and there were two statement pieces at the start of the aisle. These two chose to utilize the property fully, taking photos all around. They chose to do a first look with each other (& their pup!), which made for great photos.

After the ceremony, performed by a longtime family friend, the couple started on photos with their wedding party and families. We were making sure that all of the details were set in the ballroom. Speaking of the ballroom, have you seen that chandelier?! It’s unlike any other anywhere and was the perfect focal point for this Omni Resort Wedding! The room was mixed with long tables and round tables, all with crisp white linens and gold chiavari chairs. The tables were dressed with gold charger plates and white napkins and alternating centerpieces. We loved how the long tables had a simple floral garland with romantic candles surrounding it.

Fun wedding party introductions, heartfelt toasts and a delicious meal set the tone for one FUN party! This Omni Resort Wedding was one for the books and included a wonderful couple and their families. Maddie & Robbie, a HUGE thank you for letting us be a part of the planning with you, XO!
