We always like to know the story behind a business. Danielle worked for another baker in the industry for years. It’s here where she learned the business and was able to experience working all aspects of being an Orlando baker. It was then that she decided to leave and started Sugar Sugar Cake Boutique just over 2 years ago! “I took a risk and it was the best thing I could’ve done!”, says Danielle.
You know we’re suckers for great customer service, and we like to work with people that share that. “Clients should expect to have top-notch quality and communication. I have been in customer service for 15 years, and that is what is very important to me. I never treat anyone like they are just another cake.” We love this thought process and how our clients are treated.
Cakes can have a huge impact on the wedding reception. You want it to match the theme or color scheme, along with tasting delicious. We’ve seen couples change their cake design before based on what their family or friends are telling them what to get. Danielle says “Make sure you order something that you are happy with and aren’t to look back in photos and regret getting.”
