This is going to be our most involved planning package. Remember that movie, “The Wedding Planner” with Jennifer Lopez & Matthew McConaughey? Yes, that movie (except the part about stealing the groom!) probably best depicts what this package involves. We go to venue visits with you, tastings, set up your meetings, help with design, project the budget, communicate with vendors for you, on top of servicing the actual wedding day! This package is for the busy couple that values a professional planner to tackle the things they know they don’t have time for or want to accomplish on their own. It is also ideal if you are planning from a distance. We have worked with couples who live out of the country, in which case they benefit greatly from this option of our Orlando Wedding Planner Services. We also allow the customization of this if you’re wanting your guests to experience an entire wedding weekend, by planning pre and post wedding activities too!
Planning Guidance
This is actually our most popular planning package. It’s that ‘middle of the road’ service, which a lot of our couples find tremendous value in! We have made it more affordable to have a wedding planner on your side throughout the entire planning process. This package of our Orlando Wedding Planner Services emphasizes being “guided” (hence the name) by a professional. We have a limited amount of meetings, allowing us to be present with you at the most important times. We also review your budget and assist with major design decisions. Think of us as an unbiased professional opinion 
Wedding Management
This package is our basic service, but still a great value. While we do not offer “day of coordination” (you can read up on that here), this is still a great option for someone wanting a service similar to that. It allows you to do a lot of planning, but still have us just an email away for any questions! We also include 2 planning meetings to make sure you feel comfortable with tackling your to-do list.
If you’re looking to customize or enhance your services even more, we have a few A La Carte options to consider. If you’re needing help with your design, wedding website, or just want to have us present at more meetings with you, those can all be added on.
