Purple Cypress Grove Wedding

Melanie & Zachary – November 15, 2021 – Cypress Grove Estate House

We initially connected with this couple and the Fairytale Purple Cypress Grove Wedding they were planning. We loved the idea of an intimate weekday wedding for their guests, and it was such a gorgeous day indeed!

First of all, this dress! We loved the princess look that Melanie was able to pull off perfectly! The couple chose to do a first look, and Zachary loved it just as much. The dramatic cascading bouquet added a touch of whimsy to her look. Their very personalized ceremony was performed by Renee with A Lovely Ceremony, which included specific elements that mattered most to their relationship. Their wedding party included a mix of their closest friends, and we loved the purple and grey colors.

The weather was perfect for this November wedding. We were able to have their lakeside wedding and the Purple Cypress Grove Wedding reception following in the amphitheater. They had a large wooden head table for their wedding party and round tables with a rich purple linen. Centerpieces were simple with some floral and candle elements, and a long garland on the head table. The cake was a showstopper and had intricate lace details on the front of it. It was almost too pretty to eat 😉 A live painter was there to capture their first dance in real time and paint a portrait for them. It was very cool to watch art happening and makes a wonderful keepsake for them!

After a delicious plated meal, toasts and plenty of dancing and mingling, we sent these newlyweds off with a magical sparkler exit. Melanie & Zachary, a huge thank you for letting us be a part of your Purple Cypress Grove Wedding. We love how beautiful everything turned out!
