Welcome your guests into your reception with a stunning champagne seating chart! This rental is a huge trend right now, and rightfully so. Who wouldn’t want to sip on some bubbly while they mingle with guests to find their tables? Dress it up with some personal details and florals and it easily becomes a statement piece that your guests will not forget!
Sweetheart or Head Table
This is quite possibly one of the easiest ways to add reception rentals into your design. Whether you’re sitting with your sweetheart alone at a table, or joined by your entire wedding party, make it a focal point! All of your guests can sit at round tables with linens, but upgrading the head or sweetheart table really brings the focus on the newlyweds and their besties, for a fraction of the price. Who doesn’t love dessert at a wedding?! We are seeing trends of dessert displays, rather than just a cake nowadays, and this is the perfect way to tie in reception rentals. You can rent a special table or piece of furniture to showcase those yummy treats for your guests! Gone are the days of a boring table and linen, and consider spending a small amount to make a big impact.
Lounge Area
We have saved the best for last, we think! Most people think of weddings where they are confined to their tables if they don’t want to be on the dance floor or crowding the bar area. Fear not and enter the lounge area! This is a trend we do not see going anywhere anytime soon. It’s the perfect way for your guests to relax and socialize, but not sit at their tables the entire night. It can be close to the bar area for a social ambiance or near the dance floor, so people can observe the fun party!
As you can see, there are many ways to incorporate reception rentals into your wedding, and you don’t need to over do it either! Our philosophy is ‘less is more’ and feel that you can still make a huge impact without overdoing the effort (& budget)!
