Emily & Ben – May 20, 2023 – Four Seasons Orlando Resort

We worked with this couple and their families from the very start of their planning journey for their Spring Four Seasons Wedding, and handled the entire wedding weekend, including Friday’s festivities of a fun “Margaritaville” inspired Welcome Party. A lot of their guests traveled down to Florida for the weekend, so this was the perfect getaway to celebrate a sweet couple! 

The wedding day itself was a hot one, that was for sure! Getting very close to summer meant the heat and humidity and quick moving showers were upon us. Ultimately, they considered guests’ comfort and decided to move their Spring Four Seasons Wedding ceremony indoors. The ballroom was dressed beautifully with a white arch and asymmetrical floral sprays across it. The back of the aisle was dressed with oversized floral pieces, to frame the setting in beautiful spring florals. Their ceremony was performed by the Groom’s uncle, so it was filled with meaningful content. After they shared their first married kiss, guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the foyer of the reception space while the couple took more photos around property. Since they did a first look prior to ceremony, we were just grabbing a few extras in the iconic photo opportunity spots that the Four Seasons Orlando has to offer. 

The reception ballroom was intimate, warm and inviting. We designed it for their smaller guest count, keeping guests’ comfort in mind at all times. The large ballroom was partitioned off with draping to create a smaller space. It was the perfect backdrop for the sweetheart table. Guest tables were dressed in soft ivory linens and blush napkins. The wooden chairs added another design element to the peach, cream, ivory and pink centerpiece florals. Our favorite detail was the lounge in the center of the room! This allowed guests to enjoy the party from somewhere else than their table. 

After a cold spark first dance, some heartfelt toasts and a delicious plated meal, the party got started! It was the perfect setting for this Spring Four Seasons Wedding and the couple celebrating with the ones they loved most.
