Spring Has Sprung!
Happy Spring! Is there anything better than a Spring wedding? Between the soft color schemes, flowers everywhere and the promise of new growth and lasting love, we adore Spring weddings! During one of our busiest times of the year, we see a lot of gorgeous color schemes and ideas. Here are some ideas on how you can make your wedding stand out amongst all the others.
Pastels
When you think of a Spring wedding, you instantly think of pastel colors and bright florals. Against your beautiful white dress, bright-colored flowers make for a show-stoping bouquet! Not into colored floral? Pick bridesmaids dresses in different shades of pastel colors. Not only does this show off the personality of each of your girls, but it is a unique touch that is sure to be remembered!
Florals
It’s no surprise that flowers play a huge part in a Spring wedding. Daisies, daffodils, peonies and tulips are popular Spring wedding flowers and they are also in season this time of year! And don’t forget your greenery, the Pantone Color of the Year! For flowers that are always in season, try a budding trend this season: Paper Flowers! Made from various types of paper cut into petal shapes, you can make almost any type of flower in any color. Another benefit of paper flower bouquets: they won’t die and you can keep them for years to come!
Favors
Spring is the season of new growth and hope for the future. As the weather warms up, new life is breathed into the plants and give us a new season of fresh life. This symbolism is one of the many reasons Spring weddings are so popular. Playing off of that idea, there are some really fun favors that you can give your guests. Succulents have proven to be a popular trend in 2017 and are the perfect little plant to give away as favors! Also, try giving away packets of seeds and let your guests plant their own and watch it grow. Give your guest birdseed ornaments to hang in their gardens for their feathered friends, as well.
