Lindsey & James – Cypress Grove Estate House – March 17, 2017
This fun loving couple chose to have a St. Patrick’s Day Wedding at the beautiful Cypress Grove Estate House! Keeping it focused mostly on fun, they enjoyed every minute of their dream wedding.
When we first met Lindsey, she knew exactly what she wanted. She wanted to tie in bits of green (for obvious reasons!), but keep the party at the center of the attention. The weather was still cool enough to be comfortable at this all outdoor wedding venue. Guests sat in front of the gorgeous over-sized gazebo for their heart-warming ceremony. The couple said their vows and exchanged rings in front of about 130 friends & family before sealing it with a kiss.
After the ceremony, guests made their way over to the trellis for cocktail hour. What’s a St. Patrick’s Day wedding without hitting up the bar?! Our favorite detail was the custom made cornhole games that decorated the lawn. A little competitive spirit never hurt anyone, right? The newlyweds were busy taking photos with their families and bridal party in front of the estate house.
Once the reception started, you could tell this group was eager to get the party going! They enjoyed their delicious buffet dinner and got right to the dancing portion. It was soon time for cake. The cake was decorated to theme, with a big bow made of green fondant as the focal point. Tabitha with Our DJ Rocks kept the crowd dancing all night long until it was time for their bubble exit. The couple rode off in style in a vintage Rolls Royce that was passed down James’ family.
