Tavares Pavilion Wedding

Caitlin & Danny – March 31, 2018 – Tavares Pavilion on the Lake

This sweet couple had mostly everything planned for their Tavares Pavilion Wedding, and we just helped them secure the details. Living in California made planning from a distance somewhat of a challenge, but with our help, this wedding day went off without a snag!

When you think of March in Florida, you think warm temperatures and bright sunshine. Well, on this day, the weather had other plans in mind. It was a gloomy & cloudy day from the start, but Caitlin & Danny didn’t let that hurt their spirits. They were both still super excited to marry the love of their life. They chose not to do a first look, so they would be seeing each other for the first time at the ‘altar’. The ceremony was set out on the pier, facing their gorgeous building. Instead of walking down the aisle, this couple chose to have everyone walk down the grand double-sided staircases. Talk about an entrance! In true Florida fashion, there were some drizzles of raindrops throughout the ceremony, but that didn’t seem to bother anyone.

Guests made their way inside for cocktail hour following the heartfelt ceremony, which was performed by a family member. The amount of thought that Caitlin & Danny put into their Tavares Pavilion Wedding was unreal! Everywhere you looked, there were details, and we loved every single one of them. At cocktail hour, each guest picked up a succulent that had their table number on it to escort them to their seat. This also doubled as one of their favors.

We loved setting up all of the details that were part of the upstairs reception, too. The drink station had ‘Share A Coke with Caitlin & Danny’ bottles on them, and the bar had ‘We’re Celebrating with Caitlin & Danny’ Disney buttons for guests to remember this occasion. One of our favorite details were the table numbers. Being Disney fans, the couple chose to have vintage Disney posters for each table. We are all about making your weddings yours, and this couple definitely did that!
