We recently caught up with them to learn more of their story and what they can offer our couples!
These two actually started within the wedding industry in separate areas before they even met! Mike was in photography and Kristina was in beauty. After Mike went out on his own in 2009, Kristina joined him in 2012, offering photo & video to couples and they haven’t looked back since. Similar to what you would see when shopping for photography, videography also has different options. The Richards have a few different collections to offer couples, but every one of them includes up to 9 hours of wedding day coverage. The difference depends on the length of film you end up with. We love seeing couples choose the option that includes a highlight trailer. They are short and easy to share on social media, and offer a great teaser for the final product!
Great moments on your wedding day make for great content in your wedding video! When asked about favorite trends right now, Kristina says “I love the confetti & the cold sparkler fountains. All of those are such fun moments that create these amazing natural emotions that I love capturing. People go wild during all of those moments and they create some of the best photos & videos!”. Mike chimed in with “As a huge fan of bourbon, I’m loving all the bourbon bars! Bourbon has made a huge comeback over the years and there is even a local venue that offers a ‘speakeasy’ bar where they do bourbon tastings for the guests during reception”.
